My daughter bought a gaming computer on sale. The catch was it only had 8GB ram, but did have another channel open. I researched a little and found this, which was on sale at a good price and it had already received some good reviews. I purchased this hoping that it would work well. While her computer was already working well and gaming pretty nicely, there were some memory issues that were knocking her out of games at times. Once I received this, I promptly upgraded her computer, which didn’t take long at all. This snapped into place very smoothly and as expected. The computer immediately read this without issue and performance was immediately noticeably improved. Since upgrading the memory with this piece, which runs the same speed as the memory stick that came stock with the computer, the computer has not kicked her out of a game or given her any limitation in gaming or functionality due to RAM. This has made a noticeable improvement in her computer and was just the perfect solution to get her what she wanted and needed out of a computer without frustration.Overall, I highly recommend. Yes, this is affordable and that gave me some pause, too. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try and I have not been disappointed. Just make sure that this at least runs the speed of the ram you are replacing or matching (or that it runs faster) and I feel that you will not have regrets. I highly recommend.

Bought an HP 14 inch with 4gb and 1 slot. It was slow but on sale. Swapped with this and doubled the ram. It literally took 7 minutes and worked perfectly, but I've done this a bunch over the years. Obviously just verify it's the correct memory for your device. It is an easy task and there are tons of YouTube videos to help if needed.

Awesome, durable RAM sticks, they perform very well as an upgrade to my previous baseline 4GB laptop. Upgrading and swapping the sticks out and fitting them in was SUPER easy.

I recently purchased a new computer, as my former computer (a HP business laptop) had turned 15 years old. I decided that I didn't need a laptop any more, so I decided to go with a desktop. At the time of purchase, I was able to buy a computer with a discount through the PCs for People program, so I only paid $20 for the entire setup. I ended up with a Dell micro-SFF computer, which is a little smaller than a contemporary Blu-ray player! The only downside was it came with only 8GB of memory.I waited until I could afford more memory and searched to see what would be the best price/performance combination. I liked the stats on the TEAMGROUP Elite DDR4 32GB Kit, which consisted of two 16GB DDR4 memory sticks, so I ordered it.Installation was a snap--it took unscrewing a single screw and removing the fan/cover that was over the memory stick socket location. Popping them in was as simple as removing the single 8GB stick the computer came with.The performance improvement was immediately obvious. The computer ran much faster and tasks completed more quickly than before. My computer wasn't as fast as it could be, but it was faster. (That's because the computer was shipped with the wrong power supply. That will be a separate review.)Pros:Easy to install.Quality build.Cons:None that I have found as of yet.TEAMGROUP may not be a big name in the world of computer memory but I have found it to be a company where you can find quality computer components for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy for them again. Give them a try.
