I really like all the flavors. If you like crunchy cereal this should work for you. It’s also great for a dry snack.

Of all the Catalina Crunch Cereal, the Triple Berry is a household favorite. We’ve gone through 10 bags in about 2 months so what does that tell you?Catalina Crunch cereal is crunchy (but not so crunchy that you cut your gums or the roof of your mouth), and noticeably fruity. However, The cereal isn’t cheap so we do limit ourselves to one serving a day.

I bought this Triple Berry Catalina Crunch hoping to relive my all time favorite childhood cereal, Berry Berry Kix but without the sugar. While its berry flavor tastes incredible, it only mildly scratched my Kix nostalgia itch. As with all Catalina Crunch, this flavor offers a hearty CRUNCH that ended up reminding me of Crunch Berries. Great flavor and worth a try if you’re already a Catalina Crunch fan. Just a tad underwhelming compared to the rest of their line up.

Personally I like the taste of the cereal. When your use to something that has a lot of sugar and then go over to this, it is a major change though. It does not have the huge flavor like CTC would actually have but it is hard to duplicate that flavor with no sugar. I put a small amount of Lakanto Maple Syrup on the dry cereal to get a little sweeter taste, but both are Keto friendly so not like your eliminating the sugar content of the cereal only to add the sugar content of a syrup. I do think it's overpriced for the bag size though. If the price was more in line with the cost of a normal box of cereal I would get this every month.

For my blood glucose level better than oatmeal

I used to buy this awesome product at Costco until they decided to stop selling it. From now on I will get it regularly from Amazon. Who knows if this might start me ordering more food if the delivery can be made before I head out to work in the morning. And the product is great nutritional option. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I love this cereal and we buy it often from the grocery stores, so I was stoked to see it for such a good price on amazon. I bought a 4-pack and was bummed that it tasted more stale than usual. The expiration date was just three weeks away from when the order arrived. I don't think I'll be able to go through four packs in just 3 weeks. So even though it's a much better price on amazon, if you want a fresher batch you're better off buying it in store.

One of the best Keto cereals on the market.If dieting, divide contents of each box into 6 ‘same size piles’. Then put in snack size Zip lock bags.Gives you 6 servings of about 125 calories each very low net carbs especially if you use unsweetened almond milk. Total 150 cal per breakfast!
