Considering all the natural ingredients and the advanced extraction technology stated in this formula, it seems to be a very convenient choice as nutritional supplement. The bottle comes with 8Fl of the product, so there's plenty of the product for more than a month. The instructions are very clear, but I am not sure if it should be consumed separately from the meals. It does not require refrigeration, and it comes in a dark glass bottle. I wish it came with a dropper or some kind of dispenser accessory.My big problem is with the flavor. It has a very strong herbal taste, but it also reminds me of an iron pill. Seriously, I don't recommend mixing it with water. I will have to mix it with juice (which is another way of drinking it, according to the manufacturer). However, I have to say that after drinking it, there was zero aftertaste.Hopefully I can get to experience the benefits of the supplement on the long term. Will probably update on that topic later.

The taste is a bit bitter, but mixing it with juice makes it more palatable. Despite the bitterness, the benefits are definitely worth it. I've been taking it for a week, and there haven't been any unpleasant surprises. My main goal was to improve my digestive health, and I'm starting to see some positive changes.The quality of ingredients is clear, and I appreciate the careful formulation of these probiotics. The addition of organic prebiotics adds an extra layer of goodness, supporting not just my gut but my entire digestive system. So far, it's working well for me and will continue to use it and purchase another bottle before this runs out.

This is a great tea alternative. I'm not a huge tea drinker so that has been perfect for me. I love the benefits of Green Tea but don't like the tea itself. This tastes great. I mix it with juice because of how potent it is. I tried it with water and couldn't stomach it but you might be able to if you have a strong stomach. Very cool idea and definitely recommend for anyone who like me doesn't like tea but wants the benefits.

I'm not qualified to assess/comment on health/medical claims so I will hold on reviewing that aspect. What I like about this product is that I'm taking in live culture in liquid form along with other herbs. The single dose is only 1/2 tsp so you can either take it straight or mix with other cold drinks of your choice. I took it with mint tea that has been cooled down to room temperature, and it tasted a bit bitter. This product will definitely change the taste of your drink, I'm tasting mainly the parsley and cilantro, which I think overpowers the green tea. As for the value for money, there's 94 servings in a bottle, so at this current price, each dose is only $0.29 which I think is a bargain for what I'm getting.

I really like the Premier Research Labs Green Tea Extract. For me, it's been an incredibly easy way to incorporate several components that have been shown to be beneficial for general health support, detoxification, anti-aging, and immune support. I haven’t experienced any adverse reactions to taking this and look forward to its prolonged use.I take it by adding the recommended 1/2 teaspoon to 2 ounces of water in a shot glass and drinking it quickly, followed by at least 8 ounces of water within 30 minutes.

I don't care much for actual green tea but there are a lot of benefits, and so this is a great alternative! A serving is 1/2 teaspoon and the bottle says there are 94 servings. It's recommend to put in juice or water to dilute the taste. I take it just from the teaspoon and it has a very strong herbal taste. Depending on how well you tolerate herbal tastes, you might be able to take it without adding it to a drink. There are a lot of good additions to this supplement, to include Chlorella, Cilantro, and Parsley. All stated as organic components of the supplement. I love that this product is non GMO, screened for Aflatoxins, pathogen tested, and heavy metal tested. This is high quality at a very affordable price!!!
