Besides holding several cooking utensils, the best part is that the silicon slotted pad doesn’t affect the induction controls even lying across the panel.My induction stove has pros and cons (gas is my choice but is not available in my neighborhood) but one of the nuisances is sensitivity to any contact with human or metal, wood, paper, cloth etc. so anything touching the 5”x3” digital pad on the stove top affects the settings. The price of a front panel control was significantly more expensive so I settled on the stove top control panel which reduces cooktop space and restricts any brushing across the control panel such as tassel from a cloth mitt, as well as laying anything over it (like paper or aluminum) to protect against messy splatter. This slotted silicon holder keeps all my utensils conveniently at finger tip without accidentally resetting of controls nor occupying space on the other hobs and keeps that control panel clean. Notice the 2nd photo has the holder lying across the control pad “on”.

I have a larger one I purchased sometime last year which I keep in the kitchen near the stove, and I bought this one to use on the table for meals. I don’t like utensils sticking out of the pots/pans/bowls while eating so this is the perfect solution to that! Plus, it came with two! So far it’s been easy to clean and heat resistant with the cooking I do. It’s a perfect gift.

Fits Just right next to stove...i really like that its silicone, not metal that will rust or ceramic that will break....my child wash it and use it while she cooks.....its a decent size for like 2 or 3 spoons or cooking utensils...since it came with 2, Them family dinner clean ups is quick!

This was really a great deal. I kept one and gave one to my granddaughter. I love the bonus reusable sponge thing, as I have always been curious how good they work and they do work. 4 less sponges in the landfill a mths. Not much you can say about a spoon rest other then it clean up good, even a sticky mess.

Its debut performance involved a collaboration with an operatic sized vat of meaty marinara with penne accompaniment. In previous presentations, my stovetop stagings ended up as a messy collection of drips, runs, and yuck. You'd think the audience was hurling tomatoes.Well, the reviews are in. A standing ovation was instantaneous. Shouts of Bravo & Bravissima filled the chamber. I wasn't left with a messy catastrophe! Every utensil used in the performance was still nestled in its own little bed happily containing all the drippage and runnage from the performance. In an amazing scene shift, the spoon rest made a quick exit to the dishwasher. The staging area was still undespoiled.This was a debut which shall live long in my memory.

i've never had a need for those cutesy, little uni-tasker spoon trays. i try to keep my prep utensils separated such as not to have to rinse between prepping multi dishes. really thought this product would fit the bill- but not. the tray where you rest the spoon/spatchula part of the tray is just TOO short. another inch or two and i would give it a 5 star.

So aside from obviously being for cooking spoons to prevent spills, I have a flat top glass oven. Whenever I have a dish coming straight out of the oven, I'm always a little nervous to put it on a cold glass top- so I set these bad boys up back to back and rest my 500 degree baking sheet right on them.Don't panic if you see them curl SLIGHTLY from the heat, but I have seen absolutely no melting or permanent warping either from this alternate use, so.. win win!

Me encanta porque el espacio es perfecto para reposar espátulas, paletas , cuchillos etc y el sucio queda allí y no en el mesón. El material es de silicon gris muy bonito. Es resistente y flexible. Se limpia fácilmente. Es una buena inversión.
