Zep has produced a very effective and affordable mould killer. Simply spray it over the problem area. Let it dry, don't wet rinse the area. Keep fabric away from the area to avoid staining. Ventilation is recommended. I used a small fan to speed up drying and further ventilation. This spray kills the black mould that is hazardous to your health. It will also eliminate the black discoloration from the problem area. A 2nd application may be required over the next 24 hr depending upon your situation and the original application.

I saw this brand used it a hotel, which is what prompted me to try it at home. (I've had a difficult time getting the grout in the shower as clean as I'd like. I wanted to see if this product did any better than the cleaners you find easily in stores.) Please know, a others mentioned, the odor is EXTREMELY strong, so definitely use it with good ventilation. The smell made my eyes water. I got a spray bottle with measurements on it, so for later uses, I diluted it with some water instead of using it full strength. Even diluted, it worked great. I'd suggest wearing a mask of some kind as another option. That being said, it worked beautifully and I'm pleased with how clean it got the tiles and grout. In my bathroom, it REALLY did work better. Another reason I poured it into another spray bottle: When I sprayed it from the original bottle, it didn't come out exactly as a spray, and it felt like it leaked.

Zep is now my go to cleaner for everything! The shower cleaner is amazing! Spray it on the walls real good, let it sit for just a minute or two, longer for tough spots. Then I get my spin brush and go over it and then rinse! It sparkles in my shower. It does have a strong bleach smell when it’s first sprayed but it dissipates. It smells so clean! Great price for such an amazing product! I highly recommend!

I have had mold off and on in my home and nothing has ever worked....except this product. This cleaner is magic and I have put many people on to it. It's easy to use and sprays well. As soon as you spray the cleaner, the mold immediately starts to disappear and I have noticed it takes 6 months to a year for any mold to grow back. Only con is that the bleach smell is very strong and you definitely need to ventilate the room well. I love this cleaner so much and will keep using it!
