Mercer CulinaryMillennia Turner/Spatula, 8 Inch x 3 Inch Blade, Black Handle

So, I am assuming this is for a real restaurant kitchen with a stainless steel top. This will tear the heck out of us backyard cooks with our rolled steel and cast iron tops, (like Cuisinart 360, Camp Chefs and Weber and cast iron griddles).Besides that fact, the blade material is very thin and very sharped edged. I'm pretty disappointed with it, when it gets hot the blade warps a little and has a funny flex.

I'm very happy with this spatula. It's the perfect size for flipping burgers and even heavier work on the grill. Very sturdy! Got about 7 other Mercer products and other than their honing rod, I love them all - especially at their price point. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

This is a great product They should have balanced the handle I expected better from Mercer. That wood handled one in the middle was about 5 bucks locally. Now it won`t fall off of my blackstone flat top. the holes are about .350 dia.

I wanted a spatula for my black stone griddle, this is the right size and very sturdy. I hated the black stone ones and couldn’t justify the price! Go for this one and also try their knives. They won’t let you down!
