Does this calculator talk? For visually impaired?

Never tried this function before, but the one that we purchased "Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus" doesn't talk.

Is this calculator rechargable using the usb 2.0 cable ? please confirm ?

The cable is for loading software onto the calculator. It uses regular AAA batteries for power. That said, you should not need to replace those more than a couple times a year.

Is this calculator approved to use on the ACT test?
