The MG983G-30M is a great long range black IR wireless camera that features transmitting pictures instantly to your phone or email if you use a GSM sim card! Just insert the sim card into the camera and have a service plan (like ATT, go-phone, or T-Mobile data plan) with your wireless carrier. The new GPRS data transmission method works better and will save you communication cost. The MG983G-30M is a significant upgrade to the earlier MG982K-10M with long range capability, GPRS transmission, black IR illumination, and higher quality 30MP pictures. Works only in the USA or Canada. (Different models support different frequency ranges.The version supported for the USA is 850 and 1900 while the version for EU is 900 and 2100). Great camera
Great camera. Both daytime and night photos are clear.Cellular setup was a bit of a challenge, but not real hard. Battery life with alkaline batteries is about 2 days, with lithium, about 2-3 weeks.I now have the new "Mobile Solar Panel and Power Bank' so battery life is no longer an issue.After about 8 months the camera died. I kept on trying to find out how to contact customer service, it took several months (I think Boly was reconfiguring their site). Finally made contact and within a couple of weeks got a the replacement...Customer service response is now great.Also, they added battery life to the messaged photo.

Looks like it ignores any futher parameters changes
A nightmare to get the right parameters... Still not working, impossible to change the phone number into parameters after a first setting !Looks like it ignores any futher parameters changes... I'll send it back to the manufacturer
