I use to administer daily fluids to my feline with CKD. He recently passed but the IV line was fine. I normally used the Baxter brand which I loved. This was reasonably priced & worked just as well without any issues. I just didn’t like the additional dial attachment which got in the way. I’m not even quite sure what it’s purpose is for. Otherwise the line was fine.

If you have arthritis in your hands, the standard valve closure can be a killer. This wheel slides much easier. We didn't bother with the drip flow, just opened it to max.

We use this to administer subcutaneous fluids to a cat once daily. The tubing works as expected. If you don't want to fuss with the flowmeter, just set it to the 'open' position. This tubing set is $10 less than our vet charges for a similar (though not the same) product.

I use this to control my clorine injection to a 2500 gallon fresh water storage tank. I can easily ajust to keep in safe federal guidline range.

If you are using this admin kit once, it should work fine. If you are not delivering a whole bag of fluids at a time and need to change needles—it breaks. The tiny plastic part that screws onto the needle is super thin and breaks, so it will not accommodate using The admin line a second time. (One bag of fluids delivers 3 doses to my dog, so I use 3 needles per admin line.). I tried 3. I was aware of the issue the 2nd and 3rd tries, so even being super careful, that little piece broke. I’d recommend you not buy this brand if you need to change needles.
