Great bed very solid and delivery was great as they brought into house the only down side is the instructions are a bit misleading lucky enough I’m a carpenter by trade so worked it out on my own so read them them first but other than that nice bed

Great bed for a teen who is now taller than his mother and therefore needed a bed upgrade. He loves the bed.Having read the reviews we were prepared for it to be a challenge to put the bed together - and it was. Set aside a couple of days :) But we got there in the end and it was worth it.

This product is an absolute nightmare to put up. It took three of us half a day to complete. The instructions were of no use whatsoever as we could not follow them as they made no sense.

Delivery consisted of two parcels but courier only delivered one, supplier chased up courier to get second one delivered. Emailed supplier who responded very quicklyAssembly brochure is easy to follow and parts are colour coded for ease of identification, high sleeper firm when assembled and plenty of room for an adult

When I unpacked the box there was so much sawdust on every item, it's as if the wood was cut and put straight into the packaging without cleaning or finishing off the edges. Has to sand a lot of the corners.The bed is difficult to assemble (at one point it took three people!) and we had to fix it to the wall as the bed squeaked so much and was extremely wobbly.I'm just glad I had a joiner at the house doing other work who was able to help at the time, otherwise I would have really struggled without them.

took 6-8 hours to make, made a few mistakes could have done it much faster. just organise the pieces before you start, read through the intructions a few times before hand. Put it together myself, two people will make it much easier to hold the longer heavier piece. bed is sturdy for my use, may have to whack some joins to secure them properly as they are very tight.

Awful, the bed came missing many parts and screws, went to go by them myself to save having to wait for them, the instructions make barely any sense with none of the parts being labelled making it extremely difficult to see if you have got everything until you are already trying to put it together. After countless hours off trying to make sense of it all we found that more parts were missing at the end meaning we would have to order more in and couldn’t finish the bed. Not worth the hassle whatsoever

Good bed a bit flimsy but you can make it work. My daughter loves it.
