Great Customer Service & Tips on Reconnecting the Flosser
TLDR: If somehow the flosser doesn't respond to the toothbrush's signals and the radio and toothbrush resets don’t work, drain the toothbrush's battery completely by setting it idle for a week or so and reconnect the set to power. Make sure you place the toothbrush in the base before reconnecting the set to power.Waterpik offers great customer service and the device works great and does what it's supposed to do most of the time.-----------------------------------------I bought one 2.5 years ago, and after less than 2 months of using it, the flosser stopped responding to the toothbrush's command. I don't know how it happened but I knew it was a housekeeper who unplugged the device as he had to clean the counter. After a few days of testing the flossing function and trying the troubleshooting techniques without success, I gave up and contacted Waterpik's customer service. They asked for anything, you know, that would allow them to honor the warranty. The process was a bit annoying (just a bit, and is absolutely nothing compared to arguing with insurance about coverage) but Waterpik in the end sent me another set for free which I'm still using today.Being the environmentally conscious and lazy person I am, I kept the first set because it'd be a chore to dispose of it properly, so I just put it into the original packaging and stored it in the vanity cabinet. Last year, I had to move to another state and while I was packing stuff up, I saw the set and decided to give it another try before completely throwing it away. And it xxxxing worked!!!!!! Now that I commute in between cities, I've placed one at the residence close to my workplace!!! Also I've been periodontitis free for the past 2 years! Thanks Waterpik!!

It does two things really well.
I purchased this to reclaim some space and reduce the amount of plugged in devices around my bathroom sink. I already had a separate electric toothbrush and water pick which I loved and now I have one device that does both which I love even more. I like that it has a very small footprint and doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter. I also like that the water tube coil thing rotates in the socket 360 degrees, so it never gets tangled and goes right back into position after each use.Cleaning-wise, I feel like my mouth has never been cleaner. I love that I can just fill the reservoir and go from brushing to water flossing with the push of a button. The various adjustable speeds on the brush and the water jet should be suitable for anyone's tastes. Finally it's easy to keep clean than a standard toothbrush because the water flossing helps rinse away all the toothpaste residue which sometimes gets left behind. While it's a bit pricey, it ticks off so many boxes for me in terms of convenience and performance.

Not an item you would purchase
So I purchased this item, I accidentally dropped it. I was unable to get any parts. Look at any videos to help me help myself put it back together. I spent a lot of money on this item. It would only hope that Waterpik would somehow in someway reimburse me or help me Put together this product. I will not purchase it in the future again.

Expensive
I've tried cheaper products and they simply don't work as well as this one does.

Wish I’d bought sooner!
Easy to learn how to use, and really works!I had been eying this for a few weeks but put off buying since I have a fairly new toothbrush anyway, but the floss feature and it being a two in one option sold me. I am so happy I bought because even just a few days in I can feel a difference! It’s faster and less annoying (to me at least) than going through my old floss, brush, tongue scraper, and mouth wash routine. I was skeptical that the floss feature would be as effective as normal flossing but it is! I have tested flossing after using this water floss feature and each up with clean floss! Water tank holds a decent amount of water as well. I fill every 3 uses.

Addictive
After the 2 weeks when it tickles your jaw & cheek bones, you'll find your teeth have never seemed cleaner. Using a brush again starts to feel like you're doing a half job. Even better, my brush for this lasts a lot longer than my regular toothbrush. The flossing function is very good, too, but not as well suited to people with close-set teeth.

Not even comparable to to the original Waterpic water flosser.
I purchased a Waterpik water flosser approximately 41/2 years ago and loved it. I loved that the toothbrush and the water flosser were independent of each other, however, the battery in the toothbrush finally gave up so I decided to get another new Waterpik water flosser. After going to the Waterpik Water Flosser Website and looking at and comparing the different water flossers, I chose the Waterpik Sonic Fusion 2.0 Professional Flossing toothbrush water flosser. When it arrived at first glance, I noticed that it was much smaller than my original Waterpik Water Flosser and the water reservoir was smaller also. Next, I noticed that the toothbrush was shorter than my original Waterpik one and that the toothbrush is only independent of the water flosser if you disconnect the water line each time you brush your teeth. The water line is supposed to coil back up so you can set the toothbrush back in the charger, well it doesn't, and when you try and do it manually the water line gets all twisted up and the toothbrush falls out of the charger and the water line gets a kink in it at the end of the toothbrush and it's impossible to get it to set in the charger. Because the water line has to coil back up between the toothbrush and the base it is not all that long and can be very difficult to get it stretched long enough to brush and floss without making a mess, the easiest way I have found to use this water flosser is to disconnect the water line from the bottom of the toothbrush each time you want to brush your teeth, hook it back up to floss, and disconnect it to set it back in the charger. For the price, I'm very disappointed that I purchased this Waterpik water flosser, I'll be shopping for a new water flosser soon. I would not recommend this Waterpik water flosser unless you are an exceptional multitasker.
