I used these when I had a cheap yoga mat, and they really helped improve my practise and my feet no longer slid about when trying to achieve poses. Once I got myself a decent yoga mat, I didn't need them any more. But they lasted a long time. The section between your toes can dig in a little sometimes, and it they place where they start to wear, but they fit well and you hardly know you have them on.

At last, something that does what it says it does. I have been doing yoga since I was 17, I am now 66, I have tried a fair few yoga sock-type things over the years. The problem with most of these things is, that while the outside sole may have grippy bits on it to stick you to your mat, when you are in a pose your foot simply rotates & slips inside on the smooth lining. These darling little shoes hold your feet comfortably yet securely, so inside the shoe your foot does not slip round onto its side when you put pressure on it, say in your back foot doing Warrior pose or both feet in wide angled forward fold. Also, these leave your tootsies free so you can splay them apart in downward dog etc. & get full motion in your feet as if they were bare. I live in a freezing old house and these have made my feet stay relatively warm which is a joy at this time of year.They look pretty and I was able to buy the pinky, purple colour which matches all my pink and purple yoga equipment & gear. My feet vary in size depending on what I wear, I can be a UK 7 or in my Hoka trail running shoes 8 - 8.5 . I ordered the XL and the fit is perfect. A great buy. Tip: I have dogs and to avoid getting dog hairs on the sticky soles I slip my feet into a pair of crocs if I have to come off my yoga mat so I avoid spoiling the grip performance.

I'm a uk 4.5, ordered a small based on size guide and they are a neat fit. Probably fit ok if you're a UK 4. Nice material and pattern. Grips seem decent. I'll just give to a friend with smaller feet.
