Very Nice Book but.........
I realised my mistake once I opened the book, I like to be able to make meals from my cook books, but here I was faced with being able to obtain brown bear, reindeer and elk meat for some recipes, or minced meats that were a minimum of 20% fat and of course would be cooking for a number of people as the quantities were all for 60-72 meatballs. Very nice book with photos, but I didn't want another book just sitting on my shelf gathering dust, so sadly am returning it. If you want an interesting book on Scandinavian recipes this book could be for you but not me.
