Where can I find replacement gaskets for this item?

I notified them about a gasket issue I was having and they said the do not make replacement parts. They are replacing the entire cup. Had to provide photo proof of the issue.

what is the difference between the autoseal westloop and the snapseal?

Don’t know what the other one is but a snap seal means you basically snap it down and it locks shut. And no spilling.

how is this different from the older model?

I don't think it is different. It is the same as the one I lost; that is why I ordered it. I missed mine too much.

Is the cup and lid dishwasher safe?

I don't have a dishwasher so it's been washed by hand!
