I'm confused. The photo for this item shows 9 domes in different sizes. Is this item a quantity of 10 of the smallest item or is it a variety pack?

I recieved 10 domes. All the smallest size.

No they are not hearing aids. They are a part for hearing aids, they attach to the hearing aid lead wire (tube) tip, this is what goes into your ear. It holds the tube that comes out of your hearing aid inside your ear. They come in different sizes to accommodate different ear canal sizes.

Do these use batteries? What size, what cost, how long do the batteries last?

These are parts for a hearing aid and not the hearing aid itself. These dome tips do not use batteries but the hearing aids they work with do use batteries of different sizes and different durations.

will they fit D moxi rechargeable unitron hearing aid ?

I've bought small closed and open domes and both fit well. Mine are rechargeable.
