Brought this as a gift for My aunt, but there was No power box to go with it.Is the pads all you're supposed to receive??

Works great!
The cord that came with these foot pads didn’t fit my older version Dr. Ho, but it works to pull the plugs out of the original gel pads to use with the foot pads.

Wrong plug receptacle
Did not realize the plug receptacle was different. Would not fit my Dr. Ho device they would not exchange them.
