Solgar No. 7 Joint Support - 90 Caps, 2 pack

I’ve used this herbal remedy for over 20 years. Before I started using it, I had swollen and aching fingers. The gal at the vitamin store asked me to use it for 30 days and let her know if it worked. I added it to my weekly/daily pill container and at the end of the bottle, I had no more pain. Duhhh! Been using it ever since. I’ve told many doctors and friends about it.

I have a really bad knee that goes back to playing football 60 years ago. For 20 years I dealt with a "trick" knee that would simply dislocate when put under any strain and kept me on crutches for 4 weeks. In 1977 finally had surgery that fixed the dislocation problem (ACL) but lost some flexibility. I was for the most part not dealing with any short term disability but over the the next few years post op discomfort grew to pain. As long as I can function with occasional discomfort, I'll continue without considering knee replacement surgery.

Bought these on a recommendation for back pain. I have lower and upper back pain and my husband has a ruptured disk and arthritis in his shoulder. The person that recommended this said most people can tell a difference within 7 days. We could both tell a difference within 2 days. Before I started taking these, it would take me a good hour or longer after getting up in the morning to get mobile enough to move around. Just getting coffee was too much walking. Now I get up with much less pain and am pretty mobile within about 15 minutes. I almost feel normal. Shopping was another thing, much more than an hour on those concrete floors in stores and I was done. My ability to be shopping also has increased. My husband forgot one day to take his and he could tell really quick. Can't say enough about how they have helped ease this constant pain. He says his shoulder (arthritis) feels much better also.

My husband used to take Glucosamine Chondroitin, in the morning his knees would ache when he would walk down the stairs, but not since he started taking Solgar-No 7. I bought Solgar 7 for my wife. See uses it for her knees and hip. She quit using the product but recently started again as she noticed her discomfort increased again. She finds this works better than glucosamine.
