Q: What is the differences between this one and the blue one?

We use the "Barista" blend in our coffee - we use it as a splash of "milk" in our coffee and then can also use our warming frother to create lattes. It has added plant-based fat to make it really smooth and creamy. Its thicker than the original oatley and usually comes in a smaller container, as a heads up. Q: $24.99 for a single carton? Is this an error?

I work in the coffee industry. Yes this is an error in the terms of greed. Law of supply and demand. If you manage to get in the order cycle window when Oatly releases a supply you get 6 cartons for $25.00. I wish people stop buying it at this overinflated price so that that the supply would be in excess and price would normalize at $4-$5 a carton which is what other barista style milks sell for in the grocery stores. Oatly has even had to limit the amount in an order because of people raising the prices like this. Amazon should do something about it too. At the very most stop allowing sellers to mark up prices no more than 50% the cost which would be $8. I hope Oatly hurries up and get their US production cycle going to where sellers can stop ripping off consumers. If you want close to coffee house latte consistency, the regular Oatly is not the same but you can make it work if you have a good froth machine that can heat the "milks" in a way to decrease separation. Nespresso's new one does pretty well with this.
