Looks cheap, but serves my needs
It works for my needs. I had a hard time find a case for the 9.7 inch iPad Pro that included both a keyboard and a pencil case, so I opted to purchase a case with a keyboard and this. The pencil holder fits perfectly on my case, but it looks cheap. There were frayed edges and what looked to be stray glue. It was cheap and it serves my needs so I'm fine with it, but don't expect it to look high end!

Great Apple pencil holder for the money
Great Apple pencil holder for the money. The quality is great and it holds the pencil snugly - I'm not afraid of carrying this around on my iPad and losing the pencil. Fits great around my iPad pro 9.7" with a case on it.

Works great, BUT the proximity to the iPad tricks it ...
Works great, BUT the proximity to the iPad tricks it into thinking it's on all day, so it kills the battery and you have to charge every day.

Quality of the leather is not good, starts peeling off on borders constantly. Does not look good in the iPad cover
