Great product, fantastic shipping. The chips fit in place nicely. They fit in both directions, but the one which fits more flush, is obviously the correct direction (mine were white to the upper right). These chips (versus the older ones), don't have a metal grommet around the mounting holes, but that isn't really needed, you aren't going to torque them down. They also fit better than those did.I have used these replacement chips before, along with toner purchase, & they really use the toner up, before they give the signal that the cartridge is expended. I trust they will do the same.I'd venture to say that you could put them on, in place of the OEM chips, so that you maximize the OEM toner carts. Hopefully, NE Image won't change how they make these chips.

These worked for me My Magicolor 1600 W laser printer seems to run out of chip counter allowance long before running low on toner, and toner costs less when purchased in unbranded containers.

I had to buy a set of these to repair defective cartridges purchased from Doitwiser. Thanks NE IMAGE for getting me out of my predicament trying to use Doitwiser cartridges.

The reset chips arrived promptly and worked. Although not labeled as to which color each chip was for, they worked once installed.
