This is a really good book. It’s more advanced for my skill level, but very well written, that I believe that I could achieve very good results. I’m pleased with this purchase, and would recommend it.

A beautifully laid out book with excellent instructions and photos. Totally suited to the intermediate and experienced cake decorator looking to expand their repertoire with new skills, techniques, and creatively different ideas. Learning where Heidi sourced her various tools from was an added bonus. As an experienced cake decorator and competition judge myself, I would place Heidi's techniques and advice for structural intregrity at 'teaching world's best practices' level.

This is a great book. It has many gumpaste flower/leaves/filler stuff tutorials, that are easy to follow and well illustrated. It also has many great cake decorating tutorials that are illustrated well. Overall a great book! I'm happy with this purchase.
