The product was good as expected

After owning very expensive mixer tap facing a lot of problems I’ve decided to buy this one and every time I turn it on I’m so pleased I choose it. Thanks a lot

No good

The images and description are deceitful. The faucet does NOT extend the 45cm/17inches more as pictured in the photo. The faucet is not flexible at all and you wouldn’t be able to use it to reach anything that is not directly under it.

I received the product with a missing part “the stainless steel base” There was no designated space for it in the box, which makes me think it might only appear in the photos, possibly inaccurately. I’ve ordered this item twice and noticed the same issue each time.

غير عملي وضغط الهواء ليس بالقوي الكفاية لإزالة الأتربة من الخضار وكذلك لا يتمدد بالشكل الكافي حتى تسكب الماء في الأواني بل عليك ان تضع الأواني في حوض المغسلة لتملئها. للأسف من المنتجات التي ندمت لشرائها.

✅ LO MEJOR: • Se nota robusto y de buena calidad en los materiales. ❌ LO PEOR: • La manguera del grifo es flexible, pero para mi gusto, le falta un pelín aún. EXPERIENCIA PERSONAL Hemos cambiado la fregadera entera. La de serie era bastante fea y se estropeaba muy pronto. Este grifo encaja perfectamente con colores oscuros o claros, pues tiene un tono Níquel bastante neutro. Los materiales se ven robustos. Cuando abres el grifo o lo desplazas, se nota la rigidez y el buen encaje que tiene en la fregadera, a pesar de tener un mecanismo de fijado super sencillo pero a la vez eficaz. Le falta un pelín de flexibilidad a la manguera, para mi gusto, pero pronto te acostumbras a la pequeña fuerza que has de hacer al mover la manguera. Al tener el muelle, que es bastante gordo, se mantiene muy bien en una posición, fuera de su punto de anclaje y eso hace que sea un pelin, casi nada, más dificultoso de girar y manipular que el otro grifo extensible que tenía. Prefiero este mil veces igualmente. La instalación es super sencilla. Una rosca en la parte inferior del grifo que se une con la parte negra que vemos en la foto, debajo de la encimera. Bien apretado y eso no lo mueve nadie. En definitiva, un buen grifo. No le doy la 5ta estrella por ese pequeño motivo. Si esta información te ha ayudado a decidirte, ya ha servido de algo mi ayuda. Muy buen material, ya tengo un año con la llave y sigue funcionando muy bien, muy buena presión de agua y es muy práctica para cuando se lava ollas grandes por tener la manguera flexible. Lo súper recomiendo.

This faucet is fantastic. The water pressure is excellent, and it makes cleaning dishes and filling pots of water so much easier. Super easy to install. The hardest part was getting the old faucet off. I don't know about all the different models this company sells, but I have a double sink that has a 4th hole for a hand sprayer and the faucet I bought didn't come with a cover. Not a big deal at all, I bought a soap dispenser thing for $7 and it's all good. I'm on well water so I have burned through very expensive faucets, along with budget faucets. I'm confident this will last just as long as the expensive ones. For $30 this was a bargain and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. It also looks like a very expensive faucet. Nobody can believe it was only $30.
