I find that the water pic leaks and cannot get to fix the problem.

Don’t like the on and off, it should be separate from the pressure control.

The media could not be loaded.  Attached is my defective PerfectSmile Water Flosser video of the unit not working.My flosser developed problems after about 1 year. It suddenly stopped working 3 seconds after turning it on and nothing I did could start it back up. In subsequent usage, it would occasionally stop flossing while I was using it, but it would start right back up again. One time, since the unit wasn't working, I left it turned on and went to my computer in order to upload the video to Perfect Smile. After about 8 minutes I heard it start up in the bathroom. I turned it off and after a while tried turning it back on. It wouldn't work. After doing this repeatedly it finally worked. It became erratic where it wouldn't start up but after a while would start back up again.I initially contacted Perfect Smile on September 14th and was instructed to send a video. Afterward, I was told to send the unit in and they would send me a replacement unit. I sent my defective unit in via UPS with tracking, it arrived at the Perfect Smile facility in Utah on 9/28/2022. Since I hadn't heard from them I wrote them on October 13th and sent them the UPS tracking information showing they received it on 9/28. I still haven't heard from them. I finally gave up and bought a Waterpik.

The10 warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Unit started to leak at 4 months at 5 months more water was coming out of handle leaks then the tip. I called the customer service number which not even in the instruction manual. They want $17.99 shipping plus you must pay freight to sent back . For 5 months service it will only cost you $30 or $40. My Water Pic brand lasted 6 years.

My water flosser stopped working...stopped cold.. within the sixth week of service.I had thown out all the packaging materials so I couldn't pack it up and return it.I am quite disappointed.
