B100 complex is a good choice. As it is made biologically and not chemically, it should be better. Should be consistent with the proper stereoisomers, or enantomers, for full advantage in your body for most of the B vitamins.

I used to avoid taking Vtamin B for many years because its distinctive after taste and difficulty to swallow a big pill. This product doesn't have a strong odor or unpleasant taste. Relatively easy to swallow as well. I have seen improvement in my energy level when I take it once a day. I will buy this product again.
