This bag was perfect for my daughter who just started playing rec lacrosse. She is four and was able to carry the bag on her back with her stick, cleats, and all other items in it with ease. It has several compartments that help her stay organized with her things. I highly recommend this backpack.

If you're playing box lacrosse this definitely does not fit your equipment. It is a nice backpack though you're just not going to fit shoulder pads kidney pads elbow pads helmet and runners
