Wenger SOURCE

I had a previous version and used it to death over a couple of years.I don’t care how rugged the top brands like Victorinox make their elite models (and they own Wenger brand) or how tough the ballistic nylon exterior is ( I have a few of them they’re very good) but it’s the interior fittings in bags that so often get ragged or fail over time, especially if overfilled ... which I have been guilty of :)So anyway I bought this more modestly priced bag again because you can buy 6 or 7 of these by comparison with the elite models, and y’know these do the job very well and look good, they’re neat and unassuming..This slightly evolved model in a subtle change of shade with some small but useful improvements but importantly nothing that changes how basically good this product is. They’ve got it right and they don’t need to change it.I like the size because when you wear it biker style i.e. around your neck/shoulder hanging down over your lower back it is small enough to be totally covered by your torso so that you don’t have to concern yourself it will bang other people was you walk by them, or vice versa. In the city or town centre that is a major plus.I have become borderline OCD calculating how to pack this thing in order that I do NOT exceed it’s capacity or stress it’s frame or inner sleeves: all so I can keep the profile of this compact bag out of the way, hands free and behind my back as I breeze through the streets.

When I first received this bag I thought I'd be annoyed by the lack of outside pockets that I could, for example, reach around and grab my wallet from without having to take it off.However I've quickly learned to live with it and it's a lovely compact bag with great padding for a laptop and tablet, and a large front compartment for other things such as an umbrella, book, wallet etc.It's just the right size for me and solves my problem of carrying a bag which was about 3x as big as I needed just for that 1% of the time I needed the extra space.

I have the 14" version of this and it looked tiny when I took it out of the packaging. That said, it's a useful shape and fits in far more than you'd expect. It fits my Microsoft SurfaceBook inside, (including the pouch it lives in) and that's something you usually need a larger bag for.

IT IS VERY COMPACT BAG AND HAVING TROUBLE TRYING TO FIT THE LAOPTOP, CHAGER , MOUSE AND A NOTE BOOK ALL AT ONCE.

I had bought this bag a few weeks ago and used it since - a really good product, solid and comfortable, really well made. Would certainly buy again and recommend.
