Spray the foam inside, let it sit a few minutes & a q-tip + rinse with water should do the job, or repeat the process if residue doesn't all come out in the first try.

I don’t know why the rating is so low. These are incredible!! I’ve been buying them for years. I just toss them after a few uses.

There is a hole in the bottom and top and no way to close those holes. Therefore, you can’t put anything in this and it’s just a useless product.

Threw them in the trash because they smelled like cleaning solution. Nasty.
