NorthsideWomen's Snohomish Waterproof Hiking Boot

I sized up a half size and there was enough room for thick socks and still a tad bit of toe room. There is ankle support which is nice. I haven't hiked with them yet but I'm optimistic that these will be good shoes. For the price it was a good purchase.UPDATE 5/8/2019: These boots held up well for 4 months of pretty heavy wear. The bottom of one of boots started to come off and that resulted in water getting let into the shoe. I ended up having to get rid of the pair because of that. But if the bottom of the boot never came off, the boots were waterproof and kept my feet dry. I wouldn't recommend them for someone looking for a long-term boot for heavy amounts of hiking. But for a casual hiker, these are perfect.

I've never owned a pair of hiking boots in my life, but this pair is a great starting point! Discovered the shoe is much more comfortable if you lace it the whole way up and wear proper socks. 😅 Definitely waterproof, went through a few puddles. Traction is great going through trails with wet leaves everywhere! From an uneducated perspective: these boots are worth the price and are great for beginners like myself! 👍

These boots looks "Amazing" and feel comfortable. As soon as I received the package, I put them on to run some errands (about 3 hours only) it was raining so it was a good opportunity to try the waterproof feature, when I came back home I was very satisfied with my new hiking boots. I bought them for my next adventure, Ireland and Norway . I hope they do it great. I am a true 71/2 and I bought 8 thinking on thick socks and they fit perfect !

I absolutely love these hiking boots!!! I bought them because two summers ago I did Lyme disease research where I went to about 40 different parks in Michigan and looked for ticks. These boots were amazing!! Definitely splurge for waterproof boots- they are WELL worth the money. You don't realize how much dew collects in forests and then stays on the ground for hours until you look down and notice that your boots are wet but you never felt anything.I typically wear a women's 8.5-9 and the 9 was perfect for me. I walked all day (9+ hours) with no issue.

I bought these a half size larger than I wear, as with hiking-type boots, I like them to be a bit roomy and I can take up the slack with inserts. These are a bit roomier ... the toe box is big, top to bottom, as well as the width. My inserts work perfectly and make these very comfortable. I also like the look of the toe, as it's tapered a bit on the sides, not so bulbous and 'round' like some hiking boots. Easy to get on/off, as I tie my boots only once, then use the hooks to undo the laces when removing the shoes; putting them back on is as easy as engaging the hooks with the already tied laces.

I used these boots for a 3 month internship at a zoo. While they held up the whole time I was there, I am afraid they wouldn't have lasted much longer. However they were great and actually waterproof up until the laces. They fit as I thought they would. I wear a 7 and ordered a 7.

I have only gotten to wear them twice, but they are comfortable and sturdy.

En general, son unas buenas botas para senderismo, ligeras y resistentes. Me basé en las reseñas sobre pedir una talla más grande, aunque también leí varias que decían que les quedaron bien. Yo calzo del 5.5, y no sabía si pedir 6 o 6.5, así que me arriesgué y pedí el 6. Me quedaron muy bien, ni tan grandes ni tan pequeñas, y mis dedos no topaban con la parte delantera. Sin embargo, para mi tipo de pie, la suela resultó muy plana, pero lo solucioné con plantillas ortopédicas. En cuanto a lo demás, sí son resistentes al agua, siempre y cuando no se sumerjan. Acabo de usarlas en un viaje a un volcán y tuve que atravesar un río caminando, así que se empaparon, pero resistieron todo el trayecto. Regresaron completas.

Había pedido otro modelo y lo regrese por un defecto pedí estas por qué son waterproof y por la diferencia de precio pensé que eran mejor opción.Las otras las había pedido medio número más grande y me quedaron al ras así que estás la pedí un número completo más, soy 4.5 y pedí 5.5. Me quedan muy holgadas y me sobra como medio número del frente pero aún así se ajustan bien, creo que si tienes pie delgado si puede ser un problema. Estaba indecisa en si regresarlas y pedir un número menos. Solo las he usado una vez y están cómodas, no la he caminado mucho así que tampoco pueda dar una opinión completa pero si son buena opción si buscas un zapato para salir de campo o actividades al aire libre. Son bonitas!Camine 19km y me ampollaron, habi Leif o que la plantilla no da soporte u creo que entre eso y que me quedan grandes si es un problema! Elijan su talla!

I like the shoes. It looks exactly like the pictures, but sadly I have to return it. That's why I am still giving it a 5-star review. I never got the chance to wear it because I purchased a half size bigger based off the reviews. I had way too much space in the front, even when I put insoles and I'm not the type to go on a hike with really thick socks.

Considero que son un buen producto, bonito y económico. Para iniciarse en el senderismo están perfectos. A mí me han funcionado super bien!, calzo del 2.5 y pedí del 3.5 y me quedaron muy bien, me sobró un dedo y cachito con todo y calceta gruesa.Según mi experiencia recomiendo para pies pequeños y delgados, un número más grande, pues para ese tipo de pie son amplios, cómodos, dan buen soporte a los tobillos, y no tuve problemas en el arco del pie, o sea, valen la pena!

Vienen un poquito más grandes de la talla normal, yo diría medio número.Se ven muy anchas y toscas del talón, más de lo que parecían en la foto.Muy cómodas.
