Won't do statins with all the side affects. The Complete version also works in the liver to help with cholesterol, it's natural and has good reviews from well know medical centers and hospitals. Apparently i have genetic cholesterol issues so this works better than the Plus version which I was using again as it's cheaper but not as effective in my case, so I'm back to the Complete to help.

Nature Made makes Cholestoff in three versions. This one, Complete, is the most expensive. I've taken one version or another for years. After taking Complete for six months or so, I didn't buy a new bottle when I ran out, because I doubted it was really worth the cost. When I had my regular cholesterol checkup at a doctor visit, she asked what I was doing differently, because my cholesterol numbers were significantly worse than they had been. I told her I stopped taking Cholestoff Complete. She told me to start taking it again, because it was effective. I did, and at the next checkup, my numbers were down again. I just figure it into the budget now. And, though you're supposed to take three capsules twice a day with a meal, I've always taken three capsules just ONCE a day, and I still get results. I'm sure if I took them as directed my results would be even better.

My cholesterol was running higher than ever at 240 & I didn't want to go on statins because as a nurse, I know it can cause diabetes & kidney problems. So I thought I doubt this will work but what do I have to lose. I got my results back this am & after taking it 4 weeks, and changing nothing else, my cholesterol went from 240 to 201 my Ldl bad cholesterol went from 140 to 110 my good cholesterol stayed at a healthy 70 and my triglycerides which was in normal range went down 30 points. I will continue to take this. No side effects except sweating. You can get big is sometimes at CVS or Walgreens but many times Amazon is the cheapest & great service. I will lose weight & exercise more so I can eventually go off this because of expense but in interim, this is a good healthy crutch.

This has been a reliable source for me. The doctor ordered it but the stores don’t always have it. Only once was I disappointed. The gels were gummed together and difficult to separate. Other than that, every delivery has been quick and in good condition.

I have been using these for about four months. I have tried everything from diet to exercise with no results. So I tried these. Surprisingly they work. Three pills before each big meal, breakfast and dinner. My total cholesterol was around 209. After three months it dropped to 167. Amazing results.

This stuff works! I was a little skeptical since it is all natural but it has been the only thing that has brought my chronicly unnaceptable HDL and LDLs to normal levels, without changing my diet! The only other thing that works better is Keto but I am a weak willed individual and don't keep Keto up for more than a few weeks. Keto also lowers my blood pressure and resting heart rate. I definitely recommend either!

This works for me. Took according to directions for two months and numbers down by around 30. After a year numbers down 100. You read that right. I now take smaller dose by 2 or 3 pills. Ive researched that other types not as effective, so I stick with "Complete."

Softgels was so melted, stuck to each other. Product is definitely inconsumable.
