does it work well as in like the commercial?

Kind of. It does chop things finely but mine makes a lot more noises like the springs are already old. It doesnt chop things like tomatoes well but things like garlic it works perfectly with.

I doubt it. The beef would have to be thinly sliced to begin with. I'm disappointed that it isn't more more sturdy. It well sometimes come apart while I'm using it. I would recommend looking around for a better quality chapter.
