…but these seem to be the same quality as the original Coway filters, and including 7 of the carbon/foam pre-filters corresponds pretty well to the overall lifespan of the HEPA filter.

I was concerned after reading some reviews of other sellers selling this product and how it smelled toxic. I instead decided to take a chance in order from this company even though it had very few reviews. Everything fits and seems to smell fine so far.

Same size and quality as the original. For the money, it can't be beat. I have to assume they will work the same.Very happy with this purchase.

As these are so much cheaper, I ordered a set. I compared the HEPA filter to the Coway brand replacements and found some minor differences:- This filter was slightly smaller than the Coway one. I'm guessing about 1/8th of an inch? Maybe a little more. It's the same height top to bottom, but there might be a slight gap left to right. I didn't remove it from the plastic wrap, so it's hard to get an exact measurement. I'm not sure how having a gap will affect filtration, so I'm thinking of putting a strip of tape over the gap to ensure that the air goes THROUGH the filter.- The Coway-brand filters (the Fil-fresh ones too) have a very sturdy, wide cardboard frame (maybe 1/4th?) so they stand up and hold their shape. This one is much flimsier and I have to hold it carefully so I don't damage it. I noticed too that the sides are not straight. They pull in a little, so they are slightly bowed.- Looking closer, the accordion folds in the Coway filter looks a little denser/tighter than the ones in these. It seems to have the same number of folds in an inch, but it's POSSIBLE that if I were to count the folds in the whole filter (which I think is 13 inches), there MIGHT be a few more folds in the Coway one. I'm not going to sit and count the folds in both filters (it's too easy to lose count), but perhaps someone else will. (I was just reading a review of another product that mentions that the paper in the Coway one looked thicker, so perhaps that is the difference?)I didn't open the carbon pre-filter package, so I don't know how those compare. One reason I chose this brand was that it claimed the carbon filters were thicker/denser. Having good activated carbon filters is important for removing gaseous pollutants (especially when the smoke from wildfires is in the air) as well as the VOC's that can be produced from normal household chemicals.So, this is OKAY. I probably won't return it, as there may be a time when I want a cheap filter to use for a short time. In general I have a HEPA filter because I want good air filtration. I want replacement filters that are exactly the size they need to be and provide the level of filtration I'm used to.

Arrived on time and was exactly as expected. Good quality and easy to install.
