Quite a unique piece of kit that can be used to massage most areas of the body to stretch and apply pressure that normal massage hands cannot achieve. Using the RAD Roller on my back was tricky to get used to. The rubbery surface of the Roller meant it kept getting tangled into my gym shirt. So had to use it bare chested on a yoga mat to get the best results. However, after lying back on it, the benefits are amazing. A few gentle rocks and the roller stretches tight knots in the back as well as cracking lots of air out of the spinal joints. I like using the RAD Roller on other muscular areas of my body which I can use gravity to apply pressure to such as my feet, calves and shoulders (when lying down), and neck. All in all, a good buy for someone who is looking for something "different" to alleviate muscle soreness and stiff joints.

If you haven't tried the RAD roller you are missing out. This is a amazing tool for tight muscles and sore spots. I've tried them all and this is the ONE! It's not for wimps but if you have seriously tight spots, this is what you need. Also fabulous if you travel. Its small but packs a punch. I use it for those really tight shoulder muscles and neck. Its great for my lower back too (desk job). I've tried practically every product ever recommended for tight, sore, overused, overstressed spots and this, a lacross ball and my theracane take care of everything. All the other things are taking up space but these go with me when I travel and get used regularly. I'm back to order my second RAD Roller (I like the black one) because my first was 'borrowed'. If this one 'walks away on it's own' I'll just get another....Thanks! (Great Seller too BTW - had a question, got an answer right away and shipment was fast). This is a great idea and I it helps with my plantar fasciiitis. Just beware, the black Rad Roller is very hard and the firs time I used it I ended up with some soreness in my leg the next day. I am more careful with it now and it helps relieve the fasciitis. I wish I had purchased the middle density, but I will still get good use out of this hardest roller.

Got this for neck pain that grew over a year of working from home during Covid. The black is the firm version and is great for breaking down muscle knots. It has worked on my neck, shoulder blades and even for rolling and adding blood flow around my knees and arms. My massage therapist closed with Covid. So now I use this tool and rollers daily to help feel GREAT. No need for massages or meds! The product also includes images and access to video for optimal use.

By far better than any foam roller I’ve tried for back relief. Perfect width to fit in between shoulder blades. I’ve tried another brand that has a similar product but it won’t work on my upper back as well as this one because of the width. Would highly recommend

This works great along with the RAD balls. I kkow i had question as far as which color (hardness) to purchase. I purchased the black one (hardest one). It works good for me. If the color hardness is the same as the RAD balls then there is hardly a difference between the blue and black ones. The green gives a little bit but is still pretty firm too. This is a great deal. This is a little bigger than the RAD balls you get in the 3 pack. So it works a little differently.

Works great. I have messed up shoulders from years of playing contact sports. I get really bad knotts that need to be messaged out. I can't get massages because they cost too much. I used to stretch my shoulders 2-3 times a day; that helped a little, but not much. I use the RAD Roller to massage my shoulder knotts, and it alleviates the pain really well. I used to have trouble sleeping from the pain, not it is much better.

I ordered the (black) stiff rad roller, and the (blue) original rad roller was delivered.

Perfect to roll out a tense back or neck. The size is great as it fits everyone regardless of size. Only downside: it gets very dusty very quickly.

Bought for the two muscles either side of my lower spine. This has been a life saver.
