Difficult in general maintains good quality across their brand and products, consistent. Outside of third-party testing you never know what's actually in a product but when they go to the trouble of maintaining a well-designed brand with consistent quality and a broad line it's fair to assume they've assured the quality of the product and the dosage. Can't say much more than that

I am not a medical professional.This product seems to help with gentle energy boost (not at all like coffee). Good sized bottle, easy to use. Functionality is no issue. Seems to be great quality. Happy with this product thus far!

I was informed by a pharmacist that taking 50 milligrams of this vitamin can STOP, painful geographic tounge over a 1 to 2 month period of time.I started taking it a week ago and hope this will solve my painful problem of 9 years. I do not know yet if it will work. Best of luck to others that suffer from this painful syndrome.

Great quality and price

I've been using this product since two thousand. It works. I use it for gingling cysts, and my thumbs would lock down and that became extremely painful.I read it somewhere that P5P. Is the active form of B6 and it is the form that you want, and it is the most effective. I can attest to the fact that it does work. I take two every day in the morning, and i've never had a gangling cyst, come back or any problems with my fingers locking up.
