This product exceeded my expectations. It was easy to install, looks good and works great.

I absolutely love this air conditioner! It’s quiet and does an awesome job of cooling off my place!!! Would highly recommend it!

Worked perfectly, no complaints

It was easy enough to install, directions were confusing though. Not enough pictures/diagrams.. I ended up not using the grill they say you MUST use.. I already had a sleeve and grill that came with the apartment. So i just added some of the foam.pieces not all. The unit i got came a little damaged.. The filters are warped and not fitting correctly i had to struggle to get them in and sitting correctly and are hard to get in and out because of said warping.. and there is a metal bar inside that also looks warped/bent... I installed anyway cause i didnt wanna be without AC... The AC works really well, however it smells so bad. Its been a week now and the smell has not gotten any better. I have a scented wax melter in the room/ air wick.plug in on max/ car vent air freshners on max and a bunch of fabric softner sheets on the AC and the stench overpowers all of it and lingers on everything.I can't say for sure its the AC but i can say the Ac i replaced didnt stink like this, so i dont know if this unit is just working really well and there is something in the wall that stinks or the unit it self smells horrible only when its on. i'm hoping with time it gets better but its been two weeks and its worse than everI have a warranty so perhaps i will ask for a replacement but dont want the hassle. Just wish they sent me a unit that doesnt have issues.Update they sent out a new AC. And this one smells way better.. Still stinky at a certain temp but better. Im thinking its the glue or somethin they use

I have been a contractor for 42 years and these instructions are a joke! You buy the sleeve which is a universal sleeve made to fit several different manufacturers .Whoever wrote the instructions has obviously never installed one! With that said the unit operates well and is fairly quiet

This is our 2nd unit for our bedroom. The last one ran 8 - 15 hours a day from April to November for 7 1/2 years.It is always dependable and keeps our bedroom nice and cool, and works up our hallway to the rest of the house.We have an L shaped house and with another 7 1/2 year old unit at the other end of the house working, they cool the entire house down

We broke the front plastic grill which was totally our fault. I call customer service to get a replacement grill.It took 4 call and 4 promises that the parts department would get back to me .Finally I was told the grill is not available and I would need to replace the complete unit.I will replace the unit but not with a PerfectAire as customer service is far from perfect .

This air conditioning unit works very well. Easily cools a hot apartment and quickly. As quiet as expected. I have no issues with this ac.

Bought this to replace an 8,000 btu unit that I had for 9 tears. So far NO regrets and I love everything about it.
