Easy, goog looking, and great coffee
It’s easy to use, it looks great on my counter, and most importantly the coffee is delicious. I never thought I could have Turkish coffee this good or easy at home without the old school methods. Very happy.

Just bought a 2nd one
Oh I actually bought a similar Turkish coffee machine while I was visiting Istanbul and living overseas, but when I returned to the US I needed one that's 120v so I bought my first Beko machine in 2017. I use it to make up to two Turkish/ Arabic coffee cups (small). It's been working great. I used it almost daily, except for the last 2 years up to a week ago when my dad visited me in the US. We made Turkish coffee every day for the last week, during his visit. He was impressed with the quality of the coffee and foam on top. At my dad's request, I purchased the 2nd one for him, which arrived today. We tested it; it worked just like the one I've had since 2017. It's consistently awesome. I highly recommend.

Bought by mistake but decided to keep it
Before buying this coffee maker I asked a question if the cup is made of plastic or not, and I got couple responses that the cup is metallic inside. I was very happy to hear it and bought the coffee maker. When it came I check the cup and it is made of plastic. Only the bottom is metallic. I tried to make some coffee and it indeed made great coffee. I still can smell plastic and I hate that the cup is made of plastic but because it makes so good coffee and it is so easy to use it I decided to keep it, but will continue looking for a good Turkish coffee maker with metallic pod.Oct 5, 2021 Update:The first unit died after 3 weeks and I ordered a replacement on Sep 10, 2021. Today is Oct 5, 2021 and second unit gives pink error light every time I try to make a cup of coffee. It started 5 days ago. Will call Amazon for another exchange.Oct 25, 2021 Update:The last one is down just after a week of light usage. I removed 1 star for this madness. It is clearly a mfg defect but why Amazon doesn't want to remove this listing I have no idea. Not sure what to do know. Probably it was my last try and I will ask for a full refund.

Good Turkish coffee with great crema on top!
Enjoyed fabulous Turkish coffee with this unit and thus ordered another to gift a friend. Unfortunately the seller offered this as new and what I paid for and received was an old unit packed in dirty plastic and sealed with duct tape. No manufacturer's box, which I know exists as my first order came in one. I recommend this unit. I shall avoid the seller. I returned this minutes after its arrival and Amazon honored my return and swiftly gave me a refund. If you can get a proper new one, highly recommend

Awesome coffee, but not the most reliable coffee maker.
This is our 4th Beko coffee maker. Each one lasts about 18 months on average then dies a slow death. However we love the taste of the coffee so much, that we keep buying Beko since no other makers come close in flavor. When you reach the 18 month mark, your maker will start having problems. First, you learn to clean the "eye" after every 5-6 cups, then 3-4 cups then each cup. You unplug it, wait, plug back in, clean again and nothing works.... time for a new one.WHEN it works, it is an wonderful machine. But it will die and you will be forced to get another one. If they would spend an extra couple of bucks to build a solid, long lasting product, it would deserve 5 stars. Until they do, it is only a 4 star machine.
