Requires modification to work properly.
The casting is raised in the middle circle , not allowing the teeth to engage. This means that anything with weight applied to the arm, it just folds up (no matter how tight you get the screw. You can see in the pictures where the raised area spins instead of teeth engaging… And see daylight through the attachment on the first picture. After about five minutes with a Dremel, I could grind down the raised portion and the chief engage. You should not have to do this on a brand new product however. If I could leave 2 1/2 stars, I would
