I bought a set of these last year. I needed some cheap thumb drives to submit some data without getting them back. I tested each one to make sure they work, and they all worked fine. The LED indicator is handy, especially the way they flash when safe to remove from the system.I bought five more recently for a similar project. They all worked fine from a data storage perspective, but one had a defective LED. Not a big deal, since it's for a one-time use, and I won't be getting it back.Bottom line: They work, but make sure you check them out when you get them.

A bit disappointed, 4 out of 5 flash drives work.

UPDATE: Seller immediately arranged to send a new pack of 5 even though only one was flakey. Great customer service!Of the 5 units received, one showed about 500M unavailable. The same unit took 39 minutes to complete a "surface" test that the others finished in 22 seconds. Reformatting it recovered the "used" 500M, but the performance is still abysmal. That one is finding a home in the landfill. I don't feel confident in the reliability of the others. At least the colors are nice...

Only issue is the drive itself is not marked with the amount of space - 16 GB. Works well.

Very nice. Pretty too. The bright blue metallic is lovely and also makes it easy to see. The price is great. Lots if storage. Doesn't take up much room. So far it works great. It's really convenient for moving lots of large files to/from my laptop, my Galaxy S 10 Plus, my son's Motorola G Stylus, etc. If there is room for improvement it would be to have the USB C connector a bit longer, it works great with my son's and my phones, but only if we remove them from their cases. All in all, I highly recommend it. Great product.

I call them junk drive. I use them when transferring my project to my sewing and embroidery machines. I name the drives by the number of my machine name. I had no problem with these USB's and it a great price.

4 of the 5 drives light up while in use. One did not but it works. Of course too much trouble to return all and try again but the one replacement would be nice.

I bought these to store music for the car. One can hold more songs than I need as I don't put my entire library on it. They can also be used for quick file transfers. I wouldn't trust the cheaper options for important data. But they're great especially if you or your kids lose, misplace, or break them often.
