I was blown away my hie in-depth the informationThis cookbook can definitely take your grilling adventures to a whole new nee level of yum.What a fantastic find for not only any vegetarian but litterally anyone who grills and loves to do veggies! You will find something to love in this book. I highly recommend it.

Yeah - so why do I need a book about grilling veggies. Been doing it forever. Well let me tell you, there is a lot of good advice and great recipes in this book. At first, I was not a Raichlen fan. But after Project Smoke, and Brisket Chronicles - I was sold. He knows what he is doing and offers excellent advice.

I just got this book, and looking through the recipes, I am totally excited about trying all of them; live where there is a lot of great produce and farmers’ markets (lucky me!), and this just looks wonderful. In addition, it is definitely within my capability (a 3+ chef, needing inspiration which this provides), and also many of the recipes seem to require a normal # of ingredients, most of them readily available, and a reasonable amount of time to prep and cook. I am going to become a grilling nerd!!

Love the recipes, although some are too complicated and with exotic grills, and instructions and ingredients. But have already attempted some recipes - fabulous!

Going far beyond ears of corn or roasted oiled veg! Elevated veg and even some desserts!

As usual, his book is amazing. I watch his show on PBS and he always delivers great ideas
