I sit in the sauna (~180 degree F) for 30 minutes at a time. This hat keeps my head from overheating. It makes the time fly by- I feel can prob sit there for much longer with this hat on.

It was WAY too big for me. I gave it to a man with a big head and he had to shrink it (the hat, not his head)

This is a very unique gift - I am always happy to find something at least partly handmade and typical of a foreign land to give to somebody who has everything - including a sauna in their garage! This felted cloche style hat is big enough for an adult - man or woman - the cross stitch embroidery is colorful, though clearly done by machine.

I wanted to buy it for my mom but it is too big for her, and there is no smaller option
