Great Flavor!
This is by far the best tasting tea I have had. Even my Grandson only wants Nightly Calm. It is like a spearmint tea, but not too strong. Perfect!!

It is calming!
I have bad insomnia and I started drinking this calming tea. I'm not a tea drinker but I liked the taste of this one and have established it into my evening routine. Idk if it does calm me but the placebo or real effect is soothing anyway. Good price and something I'm glad I tried!
