Battery life
This battery didn't last very long. While driving up to Lake Tahoe, taking scenery pictures, it just died and shut off. Needless to say, I didn't get many vacation pictures.

Won't Hold a Charge
Put new battery in Nikon COOLPIX charger and waited until it was fully charged. Installed in camera, turned camera on and it shut down before lens was fully extended. Charged battery a second time to be certain it was fully charged. Shut down immediately. Install original Nikon battery and camera functions fine. Had purchased this as a backup when I needed to takes many pictures. Returned to Amazon
