Good one, no complaints so far.Easy start by single press.

works as expected
I moved up from a microwave with manual controls to this one with digital controls. So much easier to reheat food since i just have to press the +30 seconds button to start heating. Press it more times to add more time. Now I don't have to rotate the dial to increase or decrease the time.as per the product; it looks decent and heats up my food as expected of the price. I don't cook anything in it; just used for reheating leftovers. No problems so far after 1 week of use.

Minimum uses
Ie: plate reheat, defrost, quick heat up, potatoe cook ect. Buttons a bit sticky as in one press doesn't allways work to start. Instructions are a bit mixed up as how to start using. The larger model instructions being used for all sizes of unit. Power is less also. But it does work well that's why 4* and not 3. My big one had done it's job but wasn't being used as much. This one is good for small Familly.

Nice and great
It's a bit small but that's no issue, the quality is great, easy to use, I'm happy with it.

Damaged, not working
When I unboxed the item, I found it was already unboxed and repacked. There was a dent on the outer body. The worse thing was that it is not working properly. Very bad experience with this seller.
