First of all, this bag is huge. I know it says 30 liters, but I couldn't really visualize how big that was upon purchasing. This bag will hold a TON of stuff.The bag itself is a pretty thick, sturdy yellow material that's coated to be waterproof. It feels a little... Plastic-y. Anyway, its clearly very strong, and upon testing, very waterproof! The bag has a thick handle on one side, and a strap on the other, so its convenient because you can carry this a couple of ways. If you're camping or boating, this can be especially convenient, because you might have a lot of other crap to carry!This bag would be super useful for both camping and boating. While we use this for kayaking to hold our lunch bags and various odds and ends (towels, etc.), which it does a great job for, it would also be convenient to hold all kinds of odds and ends for camping, because it will hold a ton and remain waterproof. So rain? No problem. Morning dew? No worries.This is a very convenient pack that is bigger than I expected and VERY waterproof.
