I put this clip on a pocket holster because I liked the soft fabric of the holster. I can clip it IWB on the left side, or clip OWB on the right side. Either way the clip worked out great! The holster is still a great pocket holster because the clip is so streamlined.Comes with the screws too, A+

I recently built a couple of new wooden "holsters" for my two cell phones that I call "The KR8" (The CRATE) because the holder Otter Box supplies has a tendency to break on the corners and the clip it has. The one you supplied has no PIVOT points to snap if the handle gets hung. Your Clip attaches great and there is no grabbing. I'm experimenting on another decision and will keep you in mind when I need a good, solid clip.

This item is only suited for plastic or leather panels in an inside-waist-band configuration. If you're trying to replace the clip on a cordura or similar nylon holster, don't buy this. If you're looking for a replacement clip for a favorite outside holster, or if you're designing your own outside holster, keep shopping around. The material this clip is made from doesn't really have any flex to it, so don't expect it to function as would a thin steel clip, where it would provide a spring force towards the holster body. It's not a bad clip for the price and it seems strong, but the way it's designed leaves it with really only a single purpose, so make sure that purpose is what you're looking for. For the manufacturer: a clip for the purposes of securing any material that isn't absolutely rigid should have some sort of back plane, and bundling this with a piece of thinner, flat panel -to act as a backboard- would make this product more versatile. Perhaps a piece of the same material, half the thickness with matching mounting holes for the clip and two additional mounting holes to give the backboard four point of secure hold, thus allowing the included rubber washers to become the tension point for the clip and giving it some spring ability. Alternatively, a piece of inexpensive flat stamped steel would be nice as a backboard, and cheap to make.

After an extensive search to find a leatherman tool with a belt clip instead of a belt loop, I saw this. It was extremely easy to cut the belt loop off the leatherman case and attach the clip.

Great belt clips, I have them on two inside the waist holsters and they hold just fine. I haven’t had any issues with drawing my gun and them coming un clipped.

I've purchased 5 sets of these clips to date. The clips are very well designed and were delivered with all the hardwarere required to install. The clips are made in the USA.
