I bought these plates for myself and my adult daughter who recently came to stay with us to help out. We really love them. They are a great way to remind us of proper portions and help us to keep eating healthy.

I loved the bowls & I’ve lost 10 lb using the bowls. The plates are more expensive but I had good results with the bowls so I decided to purchase the plates for Thanksgiving..These plates are better than other portion control devices I’ve used in the past. Other devices give you an extra item to wash & never fit my existing plates. Porcelain is easy to clean & they are durable. They are not thin light weight plates. They are sturdy & don’t seem easy to break. The porcelain is more expensive but over the long run I believe they would last longer than the melamine version.

Perfect! I needed a portion control plate and this one is perfect. More vegetables and less meat to get the vegetables up. Great dieting aid.

I have used these a few times so far. They are well made but a little too expensive for just two plates. I wish they had groves that separated the portions better because everything runs together on the plate and I feel the groves would be more effective in establishing boundaries on the portions. Again, I feel the price could be lower. I would have gave 5 stars if the price and portion shapes were better.

It makes getting the right size portions so much easier. I love not having to use measuring cups or just guessing. This makes it so much easier.
