A&D Tattoo Skin Moisturizing Ointment, Skin Moisturizer with Beeswax, Almond Oil and Pro- Vitamin B5-3.5 Oz Tube

I found the best ointment to care for my tattoos with this A&D Skin Moisturizing Ointment! The ingredients are the key. The beeswax forms a protective barrier on the skin's surface, protecting skin from environmental irritants and harsh weather. Beeswax is particularly exceptional being non-comedogenic (non-pore blocking), allowing the skin to breathe freely. Almond Oil infusions include extracts of plants such as Argan, Almonds & Sunflower to help combat dryness &’re-hydrate/soothe my skin. This is especially useful during the healing phase of your new tattoo, & also for older tattoos if you generally suffer from very dry and/or sensitive skin. This ointment isn’t thick. It applied nicely & absorbs into my skin moisturizing it perfectly. It’s perfect in the healing process of new tattoos & gives my old tattoos life again the price for this 3.5 ounce tube is well worth what I paid. A little goes a long way & this will last me awhile. There’s little scent to it. I definitely recommend it.

While this product worked for me, it states under directions "to be used on post-healed tattoos skin only"I did not see this until after purchase. If you are going to label something Tattoo Skin Ointment, I think that's misleading. I've always used A&D after tattoo work, but it had been some years since my last tattoo. I think the 'post-healed tattoo' use should be displayed more predominantly. It's always ironic that it also says at the bottom right corner of the box "does not contain vitamin A or D"

Moisturizer ingredients are the numero uno reason for my moisturizer choices. I am highly satisfied with A&D being free from fragrance, dyes and preservatives. It appears to go on a little thicker than other lotions but that is also due to the fact that I use larger amounts on my tats after each use. Feels long lasting and protective. Texture will feel a little different from other lotions you may have tried but it blends in nicely. At this point I will continue purchasing product.

Every since I had been given this stuff from a friend who tattooed me, i will use nothing else for the whole healing process and beyond.every tattoo i have used this on has healed tremendously and in a timely fashion.I have recommended this item to all my tattooed peeps

It's ointment. Not lotion. It lasts longer than lotion. USE POST TATTOO HEALING. Not sure if it'll make my tattoo look as fresh as day one, but willing to give it a try. I'll come back in 5 years and let y'all know how it worked🤣

I use it on my freshly healed tattoo to keep moisture on it so it doesn't look all dried out and cracked... Non greasy feel, doesn't cause me to break out with pimples, let's your tattoos breath! I love this product!! I highly recommend!!!
