I received directions via email and this 3 tear drying rack arrived quickly and was easy to put together. The only problem I had was getting on the floor to put the first few base screws in because I'm disabled. But I did it and it was a piece of cake. It took under an hour to assemble.It seems to be very sturdy and I love the way the shelves lock into position when in use. I believe it will hold plenty of laundry and I look forward to putting it to use! The directions show that you can use one side by itself. That will be helpful when I only have a few items to dry. I also love that this can be used inside and out. I can't wait to dry my towels outside again!At this point, I believe in this product and would highly recommend it.

I just used it for the first time so can not attest to longevity but here are some of my thoughts:* Don't bother with the box instructions (useless), but you should receive an email with clearer (not the best) instructions.* Phillips head screwdriver and needle nose pliers (to hold the tiny nuts while turning the screws) were tools enough for me.* Took maybe 30-45 to put together by myself, but I was not rushing by any means.* Seems fairly sturdy, filled up one side and then the other with no tip-age (other than when I was trying to maneuver in close quarters)* Wheels aren't the best (even on hardwood), but mine is in an out of the way location, so moving should only happen when I'm hanging things up.* 3 shelf was not as tall as I was thinking? I must have been looking at the 4 shelf dimensions and then ordered the 3 shelf? For this reason, I don't see the sheet bar being all that useful for an actual sheet, but it does hold a couple garments for drying just as well too!* All-in-all, a very handy air drying rack which will hold quite a bit depending on the size/style of the garments (I managed to fit about 2 loads of wash on at once)

WOW finally a clothes drying rack that can take on a huge load of wet laundry. I hung 1 and 1/2 loads on this thing the other day and it all fit. Took all night to dry but I saves so much not using the dryer. I love that it folds down and you can even put it under a bed if you want. Strong and sturdy. Forget buying those stupid wooden ones when the dowels never stay in then bow almost immediately. This thing was a great price too. Don't use a drill/driver on this...I tried one and if the screws are tightened too much it doesn't function properly. I love the side wing hanger holders. Love it Love it Love it. Oh and it's on wheels so you can load it at the washing machine and move into the warmest room for drying.

I hang dry over half of my clothes and this rack has been perfect. Each portion of the rack is easily collapsible, allowing me to hang different lengths of clothing, depending on the load. Two little arms on each end fold out and provide space to hang things on hangers. The wheels at the bottom mean that I can easily move it aside if needed, and the whole thing folds up basically flat for storage.Assembly was required, which was somewhat time consuming. But it was well worth the end result!

This thing is great! Its largenough for a lot of clothing and even a sheet or 2. As for construction, the instruction is pretty clear. You do need needle-nosed pliers to hold the nuts while you tighten the screws, but I was a building Super before I got sick, so that wasn't an issue. I do remember another customer complaining about that, so, if it helps future purchasers, you do need a pair of needle-nosed pliers, as well as the screwdriver to put the rack together.

Beyond poor instructions several tolerances of parts were incorrect making assembly of the many pieces an extra chore that it should not have been. There are four long upright bars and two shorts. One of the long bars had too small of an inner diameter to accept any other bars. One of the short bars had dents in the end (I ended up using a pliers to further deform the end of that bar to make it fit inside the long bar with the improper sizing). Two long bars had csps installed but needed to be pried off and discarded. Several plastic holes made to accept bolts were not fully drilled out and needed work to accept bolts. .... Another review mentioned that the ends of the bars are sharp and I did cut my hand when pushing a shelf on to the top bar. It was stuck and when it finally gave way it was very fast and my palm got sliced. I may update the review after some use. Right now I'm thinking the "+1" top bar is not going to add value because it looks just as easy to hang a sheet without it. We'll see.

This thing is a monster! I bought the 3 tier. It was fiddly to put together. It stands about 5ft high and about 3 ft wide (closed). I live in Austin, TX, so it's good to feel I can do my bit to help the environment...and save on my gas bills! I have the dryer on my deck. Folded, it's not bad. I like that it dries 'flat' rather than hanging everything. However, there are two fold out arms for hanging if need be. Really read the dimensions before purchasing.

After all the bad reviews about assembly, the seller now send intructions by email when ordered, and it was quite easy to assemble (in about 30min).I first was afraid when I opened the little bag of screw, some fall down and I should lost some. But finally, seller provide extra screw, which is a very good idea, so I could assemble the drying rack.It looks sturdy (not used yet), very easy to fold up and put away and there is a lot of space to dry clothes.
