I’ve been using the TIMEMORE Chestnut C2, and it’s an excellent manual coffee grinder. The build quality is solid, and the stainless steel burrs provide a consistent grind size. Adjusting the grind settings is easy, making it great for different brewing methods. It’s also compact and lightweight, perfect for travel. The only minor drawback is its small capacity, but overall, it’s a fantastic grinder for anyone serious about fresh coffee.

Pros- extremely sturdy- good quality stainless steel burr => great consistency- clicks make it easy to configure for repeatable coarseness- smooth rotation of handle => makes it very easy to grind for both coarse and fine settingsCons- (less of a con, more if an idea/suggestion) I need 28 in the morning for black coffee and 10 in the evening for espresso. Without markings, it's difficult to rotate the knob to exact setting. Also, at times I forget if the current setting. It would be good to have markings- high price
