SportRack Alternative Bike Adapter by SportRack

I have a CCM Verge dual suspension mtb. The Verge is not light, nor are there many places you can use to put it on a repair stand or a car bike carrier. The SportRack solved those problems. I have used it several times when I needed to put my bike on a repair stand &, each time, it preformed as advertised. Utilizing the SportRack's extension, I easily fit it btw the handlebar stem & seat post. Once on the repair stand, I found I could do anything I needed without having to worry the adapter bar. Although I have not used it with a car carrier yet, I don't foresee any problems. Although not cheap, compared to the truly stupefying cost of the some other adapters, I think I got good value for my money. I recommend this product.

La única razón por la cual cual no le doy 5 estrellas es por que no se mantiene en la posición corta, si lo mueves se vuelve a abrir, al parecer el seguro no es de muy buena calidad.

Good for light weight bicycles but not for the ones with a heavy frame. Unfortunately I bought it for a heavy framed bicycle and it could not hold its weight. I still believe it's a good product but not sturdy.
