perfect
I have a patio drain, with a heating cable, that needs blocking every spring when the river floods. This is the only solution that can keep the cable from being damaged and keep the water out. It costs a little more but it is definitely worth it.

Good quality and perfect fit
Perfect to cap off outdoor pvc pipes connected to an unused sump pump. I was concerned it would be too loose but it fit perfectly. The rubber is nice and thick, I expect that to be durable. Don't know if the metal clamp will rust or corrode outdoors, will have to wait and see.
